President Donald Trump and Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden have indicated that they both have legal teams standing by to challenge anything questionable that may happen on Election Day. It already looks like President Trump is probably going to have cause to put his team to work.
Breitbart reports that on Monday night, Josh Shapiro (D), the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, raised eyebrows by declaring that President “Trump is going to lose” his state — indicating that the state’s Democrat party may have an unsavory plan up its sleeve.

Is the fix already in?
That condition, according to Shapiro, that guarantees a Trump loss is “all the votes” in Pennsylvania being added up.
“If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose,” Shapiro tweeted. “That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process.”
“For the record, he’s 0-6 against us in court. We’ve protected voting rights. Now, ignore the noise—vote!” Shapiro added.

Some background
The Supreme Court last month, before Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed, ruled in favor of a lower court decision that allows Pennsylvania ballots, so long as they are postmarked by Election Day, to be counted up to three days thereafter.
Republicans have not been happy with that decision, and President Trump explained why in a tweet that he published on Monday.
“The Supreme Court decision on voting in Pennsylvania is a VERY dangerous one,” Trump wrote. “It will allow rampant and unchecked cheating and will undermine our entire systems of laws. It will also induce violence in the streets. Something must be done!”

President Trump put a similar message on Facebook, and both platforms – Facebook and Twitter – put warning labels on the president’s message. Be that as it may, Trump and his team of lawyers are expected to challenge this Supreme Court ruling once Pennsylvania attempts to count votes after Election Day.

Pennsylvania, of course, is a key battleground state. In President Trump’s words, “If we win Pennsylvania, it’s over.”
Officials, according to a report by Breitbart, have already indicated that it could take several days to process all of the mail-in ballots that they are receiving. Some counties have said that they will not even start counting these ballots until the day after Election Day.
When this is combined with statements like the one from Shapiro it sure does seem as though there is at least a chance for some shady things to happen in Pennsylvania over the next few days. We’ll see.
