In a Fox News interview on Saturday night, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said that he’s not dismayed by polls showing President Trump trailing Joe Biden. Indeed, the political mastermind told host Jesse Watters that he is confident about Trump’s chances of winning the election in November…and he said that the margin of victory might be larger than anyone is currently ready to believe.

“I’m predicting that it will be a dramatically bigger victory than people currently expect,” Gingrich said.
The former Georgia representative said that he senses a Trump blowout “beginning to build” throughout the country. He pointed to the Democratic National Convention as evidence that defeating the forces of the left will not be as difficult as some pundits appear to think. Merely using the Republican convention this week to highlight the stark and obvious differences between Trump and Biden will be enough.
“We don’t have to want to make stuff up. We don’t have to invent some post office phony scandal. We just have to tell the truth about how radical these people are,” Gingrich said. “Rioting every day for 90 days, that begins to be a fact. And it was very interesting to me that neither Biden nor Harris was willing to say a word about Antifa, not a word about a level of crime.”
Gingrich said that Americans have a perfect glimpse into the radical and failed nature of Democratic leadership.
“You know, we have the mayor of Chicago announcing that she’s going to have police on her own personal street because she wants her family to be safe. But good luck to the rest of the city,” Gingrich said. “Well, I think this stuff sinks in at a level of reality that even NBC News can’t cover up.”
Gingrich said that the big lie – that the Biden/Harris ticket represents the “moderate” wing of the Democratic Party – would soon unravel as well.
“She’s the most radical member of the Senate based on voting, which means she’s to the left of Sanders and the left of Elizabeth Warren. I mean, you know how hard that is,” Gingrich marveled. “Second, she’s a terrible performer.”
We think Newt is being a little hard on Kamala from a performance standpoint – she’s…okay – but he’s certainly right on the money when it comes to her voting record. And her savage, disgusting display at the Kavanaugh hearings was a window into her hateful soul.
