As poll workers in Nevada take their sweet time counting the ballots, the Republican Party in that state is sending criminal referrals to the Department of Justice. In a statement on Thursday, the Nevada GOP alleged that they have already singled out thousands of instances of voter fraud, and they want Attorney General William Barr to put his best men on the job.

“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” they said. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”
CBS News’s Catherine Herridge got a look at the letter and uploaded a picture of it to Twitter.
“This firm, in conjunction with Harvey & Binnall, PLLC, represents Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. We write to bring to your attention criminal voter fraud in the state of Nevada in the 2020 general election,” the letter says. “Specifically, we have initially identified 3,062 individuals who appear to have improperly cast mail ballots in the election. We verified this by cross-referencing the names and addresses of voters with the National Change/of Address database. Enclosed, please find a letter sent to Joseph Gloria, the Clark County Registrar, outlining our findings.”
The letter continued: “We also anticipate that the final list of fraudulent ballots will grow substantially and we will update you as we learn more. Of course, voter fraud is a serious federal felony, one that cuts to the heart of our representative democracy. We understand that these are serious allegations and we don’t make them lightly.”
According to Herridge, the letter to Barr “includes 60+ pages of voter records.”
Taking their case to social media, the Nevada Republicans sent out a photo of a mail-in ballot from Washoe County, insisting that the Democrats were cheating their way to victory.
“NV ballots for kids? 4 MAIL votes cast in Washoe Co by people UNDER-18! 1 Dem & 3 NP,” the party tweeted. “Father of a 17 yo who registered & received ballot thankfully contacted county re: his ineligibility… The Radical Left dreams to lower voting age but… they can’t legally vote!”

Nevada election workers are certainly not breaking their backs to get these ballots counted. Maybe that’s because they have Democrat officials breathing down their necks and adding fraudulent votes to the pile every time they go out for a smoke break.
Given the margins in this election, it wouldn’t take a whole lot of fraud to change the game. Trump, Republicans, and their legal teams had better be ready to scrutinize every last vote.
