Former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter has some more explaining to do. Hunter Biden is not only under intense scrutiny following claims of nepotism and corruption over his involvement with Ukrainian energy company Burisma, but now he is facing accusations of identity theft–of his own deceased brother Beau Biden!
According to court documents filed last week in the paternity case against Hunter Biden by ex-stripper Lunden Alexis Roberts, Judge Holly Meyer ruled DNA tests found “near scientific certainty” that the 49-year-old Biden is “the biological and legal father” of the 17-month-old child.

It isn’t enough that Hunter has battled with admitted drug and alcohol addiction problems, been discharged from the Navy Reserve on his first day, dated and cheated on his dead brother’s widow, and lost a paternity suit to a 28-year-old Arkansas stripper he denies ever having met. Now Hunter is part of an identity theft case that is getting almost as much attention as his phony job with Burisma.
The case of identity theft dates to 2016 when Hunter visited an Arizona rehab facility for “unknown reasons” according to court papers issued by private investigator Dominic Casey, acting as a third-party intervener in the paternity lawsuit against Hunter Biden.
Casey said that evidence obtained by law enforcement pointed to the fraudulent use of identification in order to hide admission of Hunter Biden into the Arizona rehabilitation facility using his dead brother’s name. Investigators found a bag in a Hertz rental car that contained several “suspicious items: a cellular telephone (Apple) belonging to Shauna Stanglr, who is also known as Puma St. Angel, and a Delaware attorney general badge belonging to Hunter Biden’s deceased brother Joseph R. Beau Biden III were provided to the police officer,” the filing said.
The New Yorker also reported last year that Hunter used his late brother’s wallet, with the badge still in it, and traveled with it.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) opened a Senate investigation into claims of corruption against the Bidens this past November. Graham told Sean Hannity on Fox News, “I want to know are there any transcripts or readouts of the phone calls between the vice president and the president of the Ukraine in February, after the raid on the gas company president’s house.”

President Trump recently took a jab at Hunter and his Dad at Toledo, OH rally saying, “Where’s Hunter?! Here’s a guy, made no money, got thrown out of the military forces, I think the Navy, got thrown out, had no job, had no nothing. So he went from that to making millions of dollars a year as soon as Sleepy Joe became vice president, right?”
Biden is at the heart of the Ukraine scandal, but Congress seems more inclined to play party politics on the issue. Now, however, it looks like the father and son may be having to answer questions about a new scandal that hits a lot closer to home. This one will be harder to evade because the cat is already out of the bag in the courts.
