When the 2020 US presidential election was stolen by Joe Biden and the Democrats, the Democrats insisted that the election results were final and that the American people had spoken.
They pretended to defend the voice and will of Americans by slamming Republicans who dared to challenge the results as treasonous and traitors to America. They implied that it was criminal to challenge the results of an election.

Now, the Democrats are doing exactly that, actually it’s worse than that. Once the presidential election results were officially certified by Congress, there hasn’t been a single member of Congress who has attempted to overturn the results further.
Democrats, however, don’t seem to care if election results have been officially certified or if fellow members of Congress have been sworn in. They’re going full-steam ahead with efforts to overturn the results of an Iowa election that seated US Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R) in the US House of Representatives.
Miller-Meeks told Breitbart News on Sunday that her Democratic opponent from November’s election for Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District, Rita Hart, is attempting to overturn the results, take her seat and disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of Iowa voters in the process.
She explained to Breitbart that Hart is asking the House Committee on Administration, which is run by a 6-3 Democrat majority, to overturn the election results.
In the November election, 394,439 people voted in Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District and Miller-Meeks ended up winning by a mere 6 votes.
Hart is arguing that there were 22 Democratic ballots that were deemed illegitimate that should have been counted, which would have given her the election.
“They are disenfranchising 400,000 voters,” Miller-Meeks determined. “They are disenfranchising all of these voters by this process.”
When the contests in states around the country were being challenged by Republicans, it was a common argument from Democrats that they were attempting to “disenfranchise” voters.
Turns out Democrats don’t have a problem “disenfranchising” voters as long as the end results benefit them. After all, they disenfranchised 74 million voters when they rigged and stole the presidential election and had Joe Biden installed in the White House.
Miller-Meeks explained that Hart is using a “provision of the Constitution that says Congress will seat its members” and is appealing to the House Committee on Administration to overturn the election results based on these 22 ballots that she says “in all likelihood would have been rejected by Iowa courts.”
She contends, “That takes it from a campaign election process with election law to a political process and it’s a partisan political process.”
Hart is asking the House Committee on Administration to weigh in on the election dispute and deem whether or not the 22 ballots were valid or not and then determine the outcome of the election.
Republicans are arguing that this matter should be resolved in the Iowa courts, not in front of an obviously biased panel of partisans.
Miller-Meeks pointed out that what Hart is doing is asking the Democrats who control Congress to “overturn an election that was duly certified [and] duly recounted — [the election] was counted, recounted, certified — and to toss all that out in favor of her.”
Miller-Meeks explained that the 22 ballots in question were repeatedly deemed illegitimate ballots.
“The recount board … determined [that these were] illegitimate ballots when they were originally tallied. They were determined to be illegitimate ballots at the county canvas, and then the recount board determined that they were illegitimate ballots. … At three junctures during the election, they were determined to be illegitimate invalid ballots.”
Yet, Hart is dead-set on seeing that the Democrats abuse their power to overturn this election. Meanwhile, no one is allowed to even so much as suggest that Joe Biden is not a legitimate president.
The double standards are truly incredible. The implications of overturning this election would be incredibly damaging for the US and the GOP.

Miller-Meeks pointed out that Hart could have filed appeals with the courts in Iowa but that she bypassed that process and went right to the Democratic-controlled Congress because she “knew she would lose in Iowa courts.”
If Congress just starts overturning election results simply because it benefits them what is stopping them from doing it across the board anytime a Republican wins an election?
Clearly Hart is a typical Democrat who is working hard to get what she wants no matter what she has to do to get it; the will of the voters be damned.
This is exactly the type of corrupt behavior Americans are sick of and why the vast majority of us voted for President Trump in 2020.
